Steps to set up your website with us

It's very easy! Basically you just need to fill out a short form as described in Step 1. Submit it. You're done!

Step 1:
Initial contact
[From you] Fill out the Order From on our site. You will need enter the following entries:
  1. Your preferred contact method: email, phone, or both, so we can respond to you as soon as possible.
  2. For the domain name, we will create a sub-domain if you have not decided the domain name on your side. But it’s helpful if you can tell us whether you are getting a new domain or transferring your existing domain to us. If you are getting a new domain, please include a few choices so we can find available ones for you.
  3. Tell us what your business type is, what you wish to see in your website, etc. We will analyze and help you decide which components you should have on your site.

Step 2:
Choose a template
[From you] Check out our Template pages [ 1 ] or [ 2 ] and choose one template, enter the template id in the initial contact form if you’ve already decided in previous step.

Step 3:
Website and account setup
[By us] Site creation:
  1. We take your input and analyze the requirements; and create your site with the choice of your template. We will put in some dummy contents (text and images) initially.
  2. We now also create an account for you to log into your site.
  3. We also create an account on our site for you to enter our Customer Support Ticket System.
  4. We will email you all the above information.

Step 4:
Update contents
[By both you and us] After you receive our email about your site setup, you can start using your website on the Internet. You may directly update your contents on every page of your site; Or you may contact us with the Customer Ticket System to request changes on your site.

Step 5:
Billing
You won’t be billed for the first 30 days (starting after you receive our Account Setup confirmation email mentioned above in Step 3.) If you’re satisfied with our services after 30 days of trial, you will receive the Contract and Invoice in the mail.
 
You may choose a payment method described in the invoice to make your payment.
